23. The Phenomenal Handclap Band - Form & Control
These guys were pretty high up in the top 50 a couple years ago, here. When I first listened to this album, I didn't think it nearly as good as the last one and shelved it. Then I went back and gave a couple more hears and it quickly moved up my charts. Heavy psychedelic, electronic funk. It is the perfect amalgamation of genres for my musical tastes. The band started with Daniel Collas and Sean Marquand and has since grown. It's sort of a musical collective and travels with at most eight members in the live show.
