Named after a rule in Cricket, Neil Hannon and Thomas Walsh, from Dublin, Ireland, have managed to combine vaudeville, electro-funk, 60's Brit-pop, Beatles, Classic Rock and jazz and who knows what else into an album that is a really fun listen.
