17. Gregory Alan Isakov - The Weatherman
I've been raving about this artist a lot this year. This was another "where in the world have I been" find this year. He was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and was raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He now resides in Colorado. A folk singer/songwriter, he is a master wordsmith and I find his music simply captivating.
